SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping costs will vary depending on the origin and destination of your chosen pieces.

If you refuse a shipment from Angel Chen or do not take necessary steps to  retrieve your shipment from local customs, or after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Angel Chen. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. 

DUTIES & TAXES
We DO NOT include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you may need to pay additional fees if you are located in any of the locations below:

European Union, USA, Canada, China Mainland, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Qatar, Israel, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan Region, Thailand, U.A.E, Japan, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Spain - Canary Islands, Egypt, Isle of Man and San Marino.

As the recipient of the order, you will pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order.
