2 Disrespectful Behaviour: We refuse to serve customers who do not treat our staffs with respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour towards our staffs will not be tolerated.
3 Language: The use of foul language is prohibited. We encourage everyone to communicate in a respectful and professional manner. Offensive, derogatory, or abusive language is not acceptable and may result in the termination of your access to our platform or cancellation of your order.
4 Compliance: It is important to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies while using our e-commerce service. Any illegal activities or attempts to disrupt or compromise the integrity of our platform will not be tolerated.
5 Prohibited Content: When using our customer service, content that is defamatory, discriminatory or offensive, is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to hate speech, explicit or adult content, and any form of illegal or unethical activities.
7 Reporting Violations: If you witness or experience any violations of this Code of Conduct, please report it to our customer service or through the appropriate channels provided. We are committed to addressing and resolving any issues in a fair and timely manner.
Consequences of Violations:
• Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of access to our e-commerce service, depending on the severity and frequency of the offence.
• Our team reserves the right to not respond to messages or refuse to assist with any requests if they violate this Code of Conduct.
